Cathy Fennell is Promising Outcomes’ CEO.

Her expertise spans both business mechanics and human behaviour. She has worked as a consultant with Blue Chip and mid sized companies for more than 20 years with a reputation for asking the tough questions with a smile and a hug.

Cathys’ skills in Total Quality Management and business management coupled with leading edge organisational and behavioural development enables her to address both the hard and soft side of business transformation and leadership development to great effect. Cathy was one of the early cadre of executive coaches during the emergence of coaching in the corporate world in early 90’s.  She has toured the conferences speaking on her own research and methods for measuring the return on investment of coaching and development and she also designs and delivers coaching, leadership & facilitation training to executive and management teams. Cathy’s MBA is from Henley Management College.

In her spare time, she is a self-confessed classic car petrol-head and jewellery lover.
