Chris Gonzalez

Chris Gonzales provides facilitation, training, program management, analysis, and organisational consulting services for government agencies and private sector clients. Chris specialises in strategic planning, delivering supporting training/learning experiences, and facilitating complex change and stakeholder engagement to reach organisational transformation.

In 2017, Chris’s company A-G Associates ( a Promising Outcomes partner company) received the Bridging the Gap Achievement Award by the Greater Baltimore Committee and Future 50 Business Leaders Award by Smart CEO Magazine. In 2018, he was awarded the Young Alumni Achievement Award from his alma mater, Frostburg State University.

Chris graduated from Operation Hand Salute, an Executive Development program through John F. Kennedy University and AT&T. He is a frequent presenter on topics such as project management, stakeholder engagement, change management in both professional and combat environments.

Mr. Gonzalez currently sits on the Board of Directors for Health Care Access Maryland and Mentoring Mentors. He is an active member of the Veteran and Latino Business communities. He is an active member of the Foreign Policy Association, the National Veteran Owned Business Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Institute for Veterans and Military Families, the Project Management Institute, and is a certified WholeScale Change™ facilitator and Project Management Professional (PMP).
